Branch Office Solutions, Inc. (BOS) is a document imaging and output company headquartered in
Indian Trail, North Carolina (15 minutes
from Charlotte, NC). Our focus is on the sales, service, and support of our clients' output and
imaging equipment. This includes printers, multifunctional devices, facsimile equipment, and
document imaging software. We also operate a full-service print shop and business services center
where we not only demonstrate the equipment we sell, but offer additional services such as a conference
room/training center, shipping, packaging, and other related services.
We are 100% female-owned, privately held North Carolina corporation. Our philosophy towards our vendors,
employees, and customers follows the Golden Rule to treat others like we would like to be treated.
We also firmly believe in the concept that merit and performance is always rewarded, and that all
employees share in the profit of our company as we grow.
Our key management staff has over 60 years combined experience in the document output industry. This
experience covers sales, service, and technical support, in a wide variety of industries. Experience like this
translates directly into better, more effective solutions for you and your users.
Our primary area of operations consists of the Charlotte region, as well as surrounding counties in
North and South Carolina. We service and support organizations of all sizes throughout this area,
and we expect all of our employees to treat each customer in a professional manner. Our
goal is to be the best at what we do, with the products and services we offer.
Although we focus our efforts on our local area, we have the capability to service
and support equipment throughout the United States. Through our network of affiliated
and associate distributors throughout the United States, we have prearranged pricing
and can facilitate installations that span all 50 states.
This approach is combined with our reliance on web-based systems to better manage
your operations. We can remotely manage equipment and meter readings, centralize
billing of all equipment & service, and ensure that the level of service you
expect from Branch Office Solutions is adhered to no matter where your organization
operates.

Our integrated systems enable us to remotely monitor your equipment and, using the sensor
on the device, determine if it is low. Like a fuel gauge on your car, the device knows how
much toner is left. Provided you are covered by a Branch Office Solutions service agreement,
the toner will be packaged and shipped directly to your office without you having to call or
email.
